Your S-1 Tactical Stroller is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years, and your S-1 Stroller Accessories are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for the life-time* of the product from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.

This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.

PLEASE RETAIN PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. This warranty is subject to the conditions set forth by country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. TBG will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.

TBG will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. TBG reserves the right to exchange item with a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the S-1 Stroller is improved over time.

Your S-1 Stroller requires routine user maintenance

• Regularly check all connecting hardware (rivets, screws, etc.) for tightness and security. Inspect brake, wheels and tires and replace or repair as necessary.
• Check all safety devices, locks and harnesses for correct and secure operation. Never continue to use a product that is structurally unsound.
• Only TBG replacement parts should be used. It may be unsafe to use parts supplied by another manufacturer.

Please note that a repair issue will NOT be covered by this warranty if:

1. The issue is caused by misuse or poor maintenance (Please refer to the instruction booklet for guidance on the S-1 Stroller, Accessories use and maintenance).
2. Damage is caused by improper installation of TBG parts and/or accessories (Please refer to the instruction booklet for guidance on S-1 Stroller, S-1 Bassinet, Accessories assembly and use).
3. Damage is corrosion, mold or rust caused by lack of maintenance or service. Damage is due to general wear and tear, which is the result of everyday use or negligence. Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washings.
4. Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
5. S-1 Stroller or Accessories are purchased from an unauthorized retailer. TBG does not have any authorized retailers. There are no authorized retailers on eBay.
6. S-1 Stroller or Accessories are second-hand.
7. S-1 Stroller or Accessories is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.
